Liquor wine obtained from the Palomino Fino and Verdejo varieties.
They are wines of traditional production in Rueda, those that were drunk in the Court at the time of the Catholic Monarchs. They are obtained by oxidative aging and must remain in oak barrels for at least the last two years immediately prior to marketing.
They have a minimum graduation of 15º.
Golden color, aromatic nuances of dried and toasted fruits characteristic of prolonged oxidative aging. In the mouth they are powerful, glyceric and complex.
