Elaboration: Grapes from vineyards over 30 years old. Daytime manual harvest. Fermented in French Allier and American oak barrels. It remains on its lees in the barrels for 6 months.
Intense lemon yellow color.
On the nose it is clean and broad, with toasted aromas and ripe fruit with notes of boxwood.
On the palate it stands out for its structure, balance and unctuousness. It is a creamy wine with great breadth and final notes of vanilla and balsamic.
