Medium intensity cherry red color with luminous ruby sparkles on its rim.
Its wide fruitiness stands out on the nose, with hints of ripe red fruits of plum jam.
Friendly and round on the palate, tasty, it has a medium structure, a warm mid palate where we find balanced fruit with fine tannins and integrated acidity with a pleasant final persistence.
Pairing: Grilled red meats, cured cheeses, little seasoned stews.

Clean and with floral notes: white flowers, acacia, on a background of ripe fruit, candied fruit, and in the background the typical aniseed of the variety.
In the mouth it is round and unctuous, very fatty, that envelops the palate. Floral memories come out in restronsal. Very persistent.
It is a wine with an aromatic fruity style. The aromas evoke citrus fruits accompanied by a background of white flowers, and a balsamic note reminiscent of mint.
Pairing. This wine is compatible with raw, steamed or grilled fish and shellfish preparations.
On the intense and complex nose where the Verdejo hallmarks of identity such as fennel and tree fruit are recognized, complemented by a subtle touch of spices acquired by that slight passage through the barrel.

On the nose varietal aromas predominate, highlighting white fruit, citrus and aniseed. Its aging in the barrel provides delicate sweet aromas such as coconut, vanilla and more complex aromas such as licorice stick.
The mouth is very fresh, fat and intense leaving varietal memories.
Aging: Made by biological aging, in the last phase, the wine that is taken out and that goes to the barrel in the last year, goes through oxidative aging, by which it obtains that color and becomes golden. The wine acquires more body and unique organoleptic attributes reminiscent of toast and vanilla.
