  • Straw yellow color.
  • On the nose varietal aromas predominate, highlighting white fruit, citrus and aniseed. Its aging in the barrel provides delicate sweet aromas such as coconut, vanilla and more complex aromas such as licorice stick.
  • The mouth is very fresh, fat and intense leaving varietal memories.

61 Dorado

  • Clean and bright gold.
  • Aging: Made by biological aging, in the last phase, the wine that is taken out and that goes to the barrel in the last year, goes through oxidative aging, by which it obtains that color and becomes golden. The wine acquires more body and unique organoleptic attributes reminiscent of toast and vanilla.
  • Aromas with nuances of dried fruits and raisins.
