With a very special selection
The accredited winemaker Ángel Calleja, who in the 2015 campaign celebrated 40 vintages under his belt, has made a special selection of grapes that come from vines that are around 40 years old, in addition to his expertise of more than 40 years. Aged on the lees for about 4 months, this fresh and powerful Verdejo is a historical extract of vintages and passion for Rueda wine that is expected to become one of the flagships of Cuatro Rayas. The grape comes from green glass of more than 40 years. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks after maceration in a press for 5 hours at 10º. Aged and stirred for five months on its fine lees in deposit. Fermentation takes place at 15ºC for a period of 21 days.
