A unique wine that brings out the best of the Palomino grape in the Rueda Denomination of Origin, a grape condemned to disappear since its plantation has been banned, but from which the Lasecan cooperative mines centennial vines with the aim of continuing the original elaborations of area.
’61’ Dorado en Rama is a faithful reminder of the generous white wine that was in the Golden Age, being also the wine of the Court in the time of the Catholic Monarchs, Without vintage, this selection is the only take out of the boots in 2019.
Golden, clean and bright color. Aromas with nuances of dried fruits and raisins.
A single annual harvest. Subsequently, it is replenished with wine matured for a year in a concrete tank, providing the necessary nutrients for the preservation of the veil, which it will lose during autumn and winter, producing a slow oxidation that gives it its own personality. From the boot to the bottle without clarifying or filtering.
