Today we want to show you a quite simple, healthy, and delicious recipe: a bread toast with tomato, goat cheese roll, and anchovies. Which wine do you think can pair with it? Which are the ingredients you going to need? Well, bread, grated tomato, anchovy, goat cheese roll, and extra virgin olive oil. Simple, right? Surely many of you already have these ingredients in your pantries. First, we toast the bread in an extremely hot frying pan. While it is toasting, start adding the ingredients. Start with the grated tomato and then the goat cheese roll, but first, we will cook it a little bit in another pan, so it won’t be raw on the toast.
Once you put the cheese, you just need to add the anchovy and take it out of the frying pan. Transfer it to a plate, add a little bit more of tomato and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
