At Bodega Cuatro Rayas we want to celebrate this special holiday as it deserves and that is why we have thought of sharing with you a recipe that goes perfectly with one of our wines made from this grape variety: Cuatro Rayas Vendimia Nocturna Sauvignon Blanc and some burritos with guacamole.
The ingredients you are going to need are:
red and green bell peppers
-The first thing you need to do is sauté the onion, garlic, and peppers in a pan.
-Now is the turn to make the guacamole. To do this, you will need two ripe avocados, a ripe tomato, cilantro and black pepper; mix well everything until you get the typical texture of the avocado.
– Cook the chicken in a pan and cut it to your taste.
-Add the tomato sauce to the first pan containing the peppers with the garlic and onions once they are well done.
And the only remaining thing is to assemble our burritos. But, of course… A meal without a good wine does not taste the same. So, uncork our Cuatro Cuatro Rayas Vendimia Nocturna Sauvignon to enjoy a spectacular pairing.
