After fulfilling his first year as a commission of young cooperativists of Bodega Cuatro Rayas, the members of the Envero Four Stripes Commission -which was founded in February 2020 and approved its statutes in July of the same year- recently enjoyed a virtual tasting led by the technical director oenologist from the winery, Elena M. Oyagüe.
Currently this group is made up of 23 members who assume the function of representing and defending the interests of the new generations of our cooperative in international forums such as the World Forum of Wine Cooperatives, where they share experiences with other young cooperative members from around the world to strengthen relationships between groups from different countries and promote knowledge exchange.
Apart from its function of representation of our winery in different youth areas of cooperativism and to seek formulas that guarantee the generational relief In Cuatro Rayas, the Commission organizes different activities for its members such as technical conferences or virtual activities around the world of wine, which promote linking these young people with the development and growth of the winery .
On this occasion, the members of Envero enjoyed a virtual tasting led by the winery’s oenologist in which they got to know first-hand the new vintage of some of the most emblematic wines of Cuatro Rayas –Four Stripes Night Vintage Verdejo Y Cuatro Rayas Night Harvest Sauvignon – and they also tasted two products that have been presented recently –Four Stripes Tempranillo-Verdejo Rosé Y Forty Rioja Harvests -.
This activity responds to two of Envero’s main interests: strengthen the relationship between the youngest members of our cooperative , whether or not they are full members, and that they know first-hand the work and processes of the different work areas of our winery .
