La Seca, 10 February 2021.- According to Nielsen’s records, the sales of Cuatro Rayas Vendimia Nocturna Verdejo, benchmark white wine recognisable for the orange stripe on its label, increased by 61% throughout 2020 within the total size of the Spanish food market. The data provided by the consulting firm show that the percentage change in the number of litres sold of this benchmark white wine was twice the total amount of DO Rueda wines in all supermarkets in the country.
The market reports of the cooperative located in La Seca—province of Valladolid—show that Cuatro Rayas Vendimia Nocturna is positioned in the main Spanish food-retailers, including El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Día, Eroski, Froiz, Alcampo, Sabeco (Simply), Unide, Gadis, Covirán, Ahorramás, Establecimientos Plaza, Supermercados Villa de Madrid, La Despensa, La Salve, E.Lecrerc, and Lupa.
