A unique wine that brings out the best of the Palomino grape in the DO Rueda
’61’ Dorado en Rama is made by combining the Verdejo grape – the most characteristic of the Rueda denomination of origin – with Palomino Fino, a grape condemned to disappear – since its plantation has been banned – but of which the cooperative of La Seca cares for centuries-old vines with the aim of continuing the original elaborations of the area.

The wine is aged in twelve more than 60-year-old barrels using the traditional soleras system and passes from the boot to the bottle without clarifying or filtering in a single annual bag. Lightly toasted, with notes of dried fruit and ripe fruit, this sensory gem continues to conquer the palates of the most demanding tasters.
