October 20, 2019, La Seca (Valladolid). – The wines from Bodega Cuatro Rayas will once again have a prominent place in the next Gourmets 2020 Hall, an event and publication of reference for the main wineries in Spain. In this edition, in which 4,300 references have been tasted and only about 2,000 have been qualified, we find three of the most prestigious wines from Bodega Cuatro Rayas: 61 Dorado en Rama, Amador Diez 2015 and 61 Dorado, with 92, 91 and 90 points respectively, all of them will participate in the LMVG zone, a space in which the Best Wines of the Guide will be exclusively, those that have reached 90 points or more.

61 Golden in Branch ; A unique wine made with a selection of half Palomino Fino and Verdejo grapes, using the noblest traditional method, aged in Jerez casks. From the boot to the bottle, without clarifying or filtering. It is golden, clean and shiny. With nuances of dried fruits and raisins. Lightly toasted. Amador Diez 2015; Verdejo grape from the winery’s oldest vineyards, over a hundred years old, including pre-phylloxera. Lemon yellow with golden reflections, bright, with hints of nuts. Unctuous in the mouth. 61 Gold white wine, with more Verdejo and some palomino. With biological and oxidative aging through which the wine acquires more body and unique organoleptic attributes reminiscent of toast and vanilla.

one of the most prestigious guides in the country and in which the best wines of Spain are presented, it has a tasting committee made up of renowned oenologists, sommeliers, journalists and active tasters and in the last edition they have tasted more than 4000 wines and only half of them have been qualified.
