Ignacio Caro Embutidos will be the next guest in the wine tourism visits planned for December 6 and 7

La Seca (Valladolid), November 27, 2019. Bodega Cuatro Rayas organizes on December 6 and 7 a wine tourism activity with the collaboration of the Avila company Ignacio Caro Embutidos, an activity designed to combat the cold while discovering the history and products of two Castilian companies and in which you can enjoy a tasting paired by both.

After a visit touring the corners and discovering all the secrets of the winery founded in 1935, there will be a tasting paired with three wines, all of them in turn will be accompanied by a product from the invited company: the 61 Dorado will be accompanied by Fuet with Verdejo, Cuatro Rayas Organic Rosé with Fuet with rosé and, Cuatro Rayas Ribera del Duero, with ‘Mondongueras’ with Tempranillo.

Three decades selecting the best raw material
Based on tradition and a very careful selection of raw materials, Ignacio Caro Embutidos has been working for more than thirty years with two generations at the helm. The latest technologies and their passion for what they do give rise to top quality sausages recognized throughout the national scene.
