The cooperative winery of La Seca will be present one more year in the event that combines music and wine representing the native Verdejo variety with three of its elaborations

La Seca (Valladolid), October 25, 2018.- Bodega Cuatro Rayas participates one more edition in the Enofestival, an event that brings together wine and music to bring the sector closer to young people. The Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid is once again in charge of hosting wineries and artists in what is already a regular activity on the Madrid agenda.

On this occasion, Bodega Cuatro Rayas participates with three very different elaborations from each other but that are faithful to the Verdejo variety, a generous, a vermouth and a frizzante that combine the tradition and modernity so characteristic of the winery to give the public wines and quality elaborations always respecting the characteristics of the varietal.

’61’ Gold , a generous with mother barrels from the forties. This white wine (Verdejo and Palomino) therefore adopts the surname ‘dorado’ because it alludes to its aging time. It has a high graduation (15% Vol.) And goes through long aging. It is clearly defined by its golden color, its aroma and its slightly roasted flavor, ’61’ Vermouth Verdejo , the first winery vermouth available on the market that claims its Verdejo roots, a white wine that macerated with a very careful selection of botanicals results in a vermouth with a mahogany tone and aroma of scrubland, ’61’ Frizzante 5.5 Verdejo , the unruly Verdejo from Bodega Cuatro Rayas, made naturally with selected grapes of the Verdejo variety. It is perfect as an aperitif.
